Abstract

Judge Bernard Devine yesterday sentenced 16-year-old Damian Bevers of Cape Elizabeth to two years of probation for selling LSD to an undercover policeman. Bevers was also sentenced to 30 days in the county jail and up to two years at the Maine Youth Center, both suspended. Devine attached other conditions to the sentence as well.
