Abstract

Arline Dyer, 55, of Baldwin and her family yesterday received a new trailer home just in time for the holidays. The family is the first in Cumberland County to qualify for the Maine State Housing Authority's Housing Replacement Program, which is administered by the People's Regional Opportunity Program.
