Abstract

Police have questioned Lisa Wagner Dubuc, the mother of a 1-year-old Kennebunk infant who died on November 16. The infant suffered a heat stroke in his bedroom, where the temperature had reached 90 to 95 degrees on November 7, the day he was discovered unconscious in his crib. On leaving the Medical Medical Center after the baby was pronounced dead, Dubuc stopped at her insurance agent to report the death of the infant, on whom she held a $31,000 policy. The investigation continues, and Dubuc's other children have been placed in foster care.
