Abstract

Oxford Bank & Trust Co. has filed suit in Cumberland County Superior Court against Mary K. Shaw, chief executive of Pepperell Trust Co. of Biddeford. Oxford, a subsidiary of Peoples Heritage Financial Group, charged in the suit that Shaw has not kept up payments on two loans, and owes about $133,000.
