Jeffrey L. Libby, a convicted murderer and prison informant, has been moved to the "Super Max" facility in Warren for his own protection. Libby was sentenced to 60 years in prison for the 1986 killing of his grandfather, and began informing on fellow inmates in 1990. Details.
