Abstract

Tammy Theriault, a key witness in the federal conspiracy trial of Hubert E. Hartley III and Henry P. Lombard Jr., on Thursday testified in U.S. District Court in Bangor that she lied under oath in two previous trials. Theriault was the only other adult in a Fairfield farmhouse when Morris Martin and Paul A. Lindley Jr. were allegedly shot by Hartley and Lombard on Thanksgiving Day 1990. Details.
