Abstract

Lisa Cunningham of Nobleboro, arrested in July for handcuffing her 11-year-old son to a basement pipe, has pleaded guilty to one count of endangering the welfare of a child under a plea bargain arrangement with the district attorney. David Wallace, the woman's boyfriend, pleaded guilty to a similar count.
