Abstract

A partnership made up of Leslie Otten, president and owner of Sunday River Ski Resort; M. Heinie Merrill, former vice president of planning and development of the Sugarloaf Mountain Corp.; and Grant Wilson, an investor from Massachusetts; have proposed a three-phase, 60-acre, $25 million hotel and shopping complex in Bethel. The project would increase the area's appeal as a year-round resort, and is subject to approval by voters. Details.
