Abstract

Standard & Poor's ( S & P) has joined Moody's Investors Service and Duff & Phelps Credit Rating Co. in lowering the credit rating for Central Maine Power Co. (CMP). S & P lowered CMP's rating on three types of stock to one step above the speculative level.
