Abstract

Spurwink School, a non-profit corporation that provides education and mental health services, has withdrawn its plan to convert an East Deering house into a counseling and youth services center. The decision to withdraw the proposal follows a newspaper story in which neighbors said the school had lied to them about plans for the center.
