Peoples Heritage Bank is looking for bids on the 3.4-acre Lincoln Square site at Franklin Arterial and Congress Street, which is currently being used as a parking lot. The property, assessed at $2.248 million, was once approved as the site for a 530,000-square-foot office/retail project, and was foreclosed on by Peoples in 1990. Details.
