Abstract

Merrill Lynch has filed suit in U.S. District Court against former employee Peter C. Bishop, 35, of Saco, alleging that Bishop violated an agreement he signed promising not to solicit former clients if he changed employement. Merrill Lynch claims that Bishop used information from their office while working for his new employer, Tucker Anthony Inc.
