Abstract

Retired Maine Supreme Court Chief Justice Vincent McKusick has been appointed to serve on the panel responsible for administering the estate of U.S. Supreme Court justice Oliver Wendell Holmes. The Holmes Devise Fund oversees the legal scholars who publish the history of the U.S. Supreme Court, as well as funding lectures and publishing a volume on Holmes' writings.
