Abstract

The Maine Supreme Judicial Court on Thursday ruled against Tri-State Rubbish of Poland, which had sued the town of New Gloucester over a town ordinance requiring waste to be sorted and delivered to Mid-Maine Waste Action Corp. Tri-State last October won a state high court ruling that said government interference in the trash market might be unconsititutional. Details.
