Abstract

Portland police have issued an arrest warrant for Bruce Sartwell, 22, of Portland and Concord, N.H., in connection with a November 26 incident during which a South Portland man was beaten and stabbed. Sartwell is believed to be a member of the FSU Posse, a local gang thought to be responsible for other assaults in the city. Details.
