The South Portland Board of Education has voted to give the city's top school administrators 5.6 percent raises, making Superintendent Reginald A. MacDonald's salary of $75,594 around $11,500 higher than that of City Manager Jerre R. Bryant. The raises exceed the 2 percent raises given to teachers earlier this year.
