Abstract

Brief article reporting that Dr. James Benjamin Jr. has filed suit against Aroostook Medical Center claiming that the hospital libeled and defamed him when he was suspended from practicing medicine last month. Benjamin was suspended for 30 days for allegedly abandoning his patients for five days while he left town, a charge which Benjamin denies.
