Abstract

Maine Supreme Court justice Robert Clifford ruled that questions on a form used by the Maine Board of Bar Examiners to screen applicants violate provisions of the Americans with Disabilities Act. Judith Ann Plano and Anne Underwood, who recently graduated from the University of Maine law school, had challeneged the legality of some of the questions used on the forms. Details.
