Abstract

Deirdre Nice, 30, of Falmouth, part owner of Silly's restaurant in Portland, and William Maselli, 38, of Andover, a defense lawyer, have purchased the 96-year-old St. Lawrence Congregational Church on Munjoy Hill. The pair, who paid $71,000 for the historic structure, have plans to convert it into a community arts and educational center. Details.
