Abstract

Derek Bonney, 31, of Paris, has agreed to plead guilty to manslaughter and drunken-driving in the December 17, 1992, accident which resulted in the death of skier Jean Paul Parisien. Bonney's blood-alcohol content was 0.12 when he ran Parisien off the road.
