Abstract

The East End Children's Workshop, a provider of child-care and other family services for low-income Munjoy Hill residents, has proposed moving its headquarters to the building at 209-215 Congress Street, which burned last December and was subsequently acquired by the city. The Portland City Council will review that and other proposals for the building before deciding next year what to with the property. Details.
