Abstract

Portland lawyer Thomas Connolly, who represented convicted murderer Dennis Dechaine, has returned evidence related to the Sarah Cherry murder case to Knox County authorities. Connolly has indicated he will probably file a motion asking for a post-conviction review of the trial within the next year.
