Abstract

In defending itself against a suit filed by City Councilor Kevin J. Glynn and by Julie C. Conroy, the city of South Portland contends that the pair orchestrated a plan to disrupt the June primary and used a videotape of the incident to undermine trust in the election process. The suit by Glynn and Conroy asks the court to order the city to follow election laws in the future.
