Abstract

Police yesterday closed the northbound lane of Interstate 95 from exit 18 in Freeport to exit 21 near Brunswick, after dozens of vehicles smashed into each other because of slippery roads. Packed snow, poor visibilty, and fast speeds all contributed to the problem.
