Abstract

The Freeport Housing Trust yesterday announced the purchase of the 18-unit Varney Square Estates, the 18-unit Maplewood Terrace and a four-unit building on Bow Street, all for use as affordable housing. The three properties were foreclosed on by Coastal Savings Bank, which will sell them to the trust for $930,000. Details.
