Abstract

R. J. Grondin & Sons, a Gorham construction company, will reconstruct a half-mile-long stretch of Broadway in South Portland starting in February as the first component of a multi-phase project to build a new bridge over the Fore River between Portland and South Portland. Broadway will be widened, resurfaced and landscaped, and new sidewalks will be added, from Cottage Road to a point 250 feet west of Anthoine Street. Details.
