Abstract

The first major snowstorm of the season dumped more than 8 inches on the region between Kittery and Yarmouth yesterday, causing more than 50 accidents on the Maine Turnpike. Most of the snowfall seemed to be confined to a narrow coastal strip, and no serious injuries or power outages were reported. Details.
