Abstract

The Blue Ribbon Commission on Worker's Compensation Reform yesterday held firm for allowing with more than 15 percent total body impairment to collect benefits for an indefinite period. The Maine Legislature's Labor Committee had proposed allowing such benefits for only seven percent impairment.
