Abstract

Three men who were shot at by Katherine Hegarty hours before she was killed by police are suing her estate for "mental distress." Robert A. Day of Alfred, Keith P. Ronalter of Sanford and Robert E. O'Neil filed the suit in York County Superior Court on December 31.
