Abstract

Allan Bartlett, 44, of Bangor, was fatally shot Saturday night by Bangor police after a 30-minute standoff. Police went to Bartlett's residence to investigate reports that he was contemplating suicide, and shot him when he emerged from his apartment and opened fire with a weapon.
