Abstract

John Kaleta of Eagle Lake, a high school biology teacher, is busy training his team of Siberian huskies for next month's Can Am Crown sled dog race in Fort Kent. The race will take participants on a 250-mile loop through the Maine woods, and a dozen teams are expected to compete.
