Harpswell residents attending a special meeting endorsed placing a question on the warrant at the March town meeting which would ask whether the town should end the 16-year-old agreement with Brunswick that allows clam diggers licensed in one town to buy a license in the other. Some Harpswell clammers maintain that the agreement benefits Brunswick more than Harpswell. Details.
