Abstract

Brief article reporting that C.M. Almy & Son Inc. of Pittsfield, a metal finishing company, has been cited by the federal Environmental Protection Agency for alleged violations of water pollution laws. The company allegedly discharged zinc, copper and silver into the Pittsfield wastewater treatment plant between 1986 and 1993.
