Abstract

First Atlantic Corp. of Portland has filed suit in Cumberland County Superior Court against Pamela W. Gleichman of Portland and her business, Gleichman & Co. Inc., claiming that Gleichman withheld key information about a project being jointly developed in Scarborough. Gleichman allegedly failed to inform First Atlantic about wetlands on the 370-acre Eaglebrook project. Details.
