William L Moore, head of William Moore & Sons Logging of Anson, has been barred from harvesting timber, building roads or conducting other forestry operations for five years due to environmental and forestry violations in Lexington Township -- Moore must also pay a $20,000 fine and $4,000 in costs and attorney's fees
