The state Department of Human Services is asking York County Superior Court to rule that Verne J Blake of Limington must undergo DNA testing to determine if he is indeed the father of the child of Nancy J Libby of Limington -- DHS is trying to determine paternity so it can collect money owed for child support -- Blake underwent standard blood tests that indicate the probability of his paternity is 9937 percent, but he still denies that he is the father Details
