Abstract

The towns of Freeport, New Gloucester, Phippsburg, Pownal, North Yarmouth and Durham have agreed that Freeport's landfill would be the best location for a regional transfer station for demolition debris and other bulky wastes -- The six towns are pursuing a regional approach to deal with wastes in a effort to cut costs
