Kennebec County Superior Court justice Bruce Chandler has concluded that Kenneth and Eva Webb, the parents of Pamela Webb, have no grounds on which to sue the Maine Turnpike Authority, leaving former State Police trooper Jeffrey Haas as the sole defendant in the couple's lawsuit -- Pamela Webb was killed after being abducted from the Turnpike in 1989, and the lawsuit filed by her parents claims that state police botched the investigation into her death Details
