Abstract

Thomas Stratis, the owner of Boone's Restaurant, has been having cars parked in his parking lot on Commercial Street in Portland towed away by S & R Towing Co, much to the distress of local fishermen and patrons of other area restaurants who have been using the lot while Boone's is closed -- Stratis contends that he needs to send a clear message to unauthorized parkers now in order to gain recontrol of the lot before Boone's reopens in May
