Brief article reporting that the Baxter Society has presented Westbrook College's Maine Women Writers Collection with an unpublished manuscript of Blanche Willis Howard, a 19th Bangor novelist. The gift includes letters from Howard to her family, as well as items from the home of Marion Howard Smith, Howard's sister.
