Abstract

Profile of Acadia Environmental Technology, which last month was named start-up business of the year by Coastal Enterprises Inc. The company was founded by Tom Schwarm, a hydrogeologist who used to work for Groundwater Technology Inc. It cleans up soil and groundwater that has been contaminated by oil or chemical leaks.
