Abstract

Profile of Walter Whitcomb, 42, of Waldo, a dairy farmer and the minority leader in the Maine House of Representatives. Whitcomb is a third-generation farmer, and with father Colby, 70, and brother Bill, 35, produces 600 gallons of milk daily at the family's 450-acre farm.
