Abstract

George Elwell, 44, the former janitor at Union Elementary School, yesterday in Knox County Superior Court pleaded guilty to charges of gross sexual assault and unlawful sexual contact involving three boys under the age of 14. Elwell turned himself in to the Knox County Sheriff's Department February 2 after being fired from his postion at the school. Details.
