Abstract
Franklin County Superior Court has upheld the right of Patrick Hebert to sue International Paper Co. for emotional distress caused when signs were hung around the IP mill ridiculing him after he fell on stairs and injured his back on January 17, 1987, one day after his job was changed from that of a supervisor to a technical writer of manuals.
