Abstract

Training and Development Corp., a not-for-profit agency based in Bucksport, has developed a record of success over the past 18 years by helping people with a variety of problems find good jobs. The federal government has recently recognized TDC as a national model for the way agencies should operate job-training programs for displaced workers, and said it is one of two organizations in the country that do the best job of running federal Job Corps centers.
