"Close-up" interview with Stanley T. Bennett II, 47, of Falmouth, president of Oakhurst Dairy. The dairy has grown into New England's largest independent dairy, with annual sales of $40 million, and has 165 full-time employees and a third of the Maine milk market. The 73-year-old dairy has started marketing its products in New Hampshire within the last two years.
