Abstract

Winton F. Scott, the lead architect of the Portland City Hall auditorium renovation project, is recommending that the Auditorium Renovations Building Committee hire a team of consultants to refine a plan proposed by historic preservationists. The proposed study would cost $78,000, which would increase the amount spent so far to $200,000.
