Abstract

William Farley, chairman and chief executive officer of Fruit of the Loom Inc. in Chicago, has agreed to purchase Ram's Head estate in Cape Elizabeth from Shaw Sprague of California for an undisclosed amount. Sprague was asking $3.55 million for the 38-acre property, which includes three large houses and a half mile of sand beach on the ocean. Details.
