Abstract

Oxford Homes yesterday received court approval of a settlement it reached with Roberts Hackett & Co. of Auburn, the modular housing manufacturer's major lender, which will allow it to continue producing homes while it reorganizes its finances. Under the agreement, Roberts Hackett agreed to have its $1.085 million loan reduced to $750,000. Details.
