Abstract
The Scarborough school district is one of 35 districts nationwide that will participate in a three-year U.S. Department of Agriculture study to begin next school year. The study will analyze the nutritional value of school lunches, and could eventually change how lunches are planned for the 25 million American schoolchildren who purchase them yearly. Details.
